  Amazing nails if you book with one of the Master nail technicians! I've never tried BIAB before my visit to Brooklyn beauty bar and am now hooked - it has really lasting results even though I work in a kitchen every day and am frequently washing my hands. The new owner is really friendly and always present checking in with clients so even though it is one of Brisbane's larger salons, it still feels personalised. Can't recommend enough!

  If you’re looking for a 5 star one-stop beauty location, you’ve found it. I’m so happy to have found BBB! Always quite stressful finding new service providers when you move cities, so I was rapt with my experience here.
  
  I’ve been a long time user of beauty treatments and over the years I’ve encountered some of the best - and worst! So now my standards and expectations are very high.
  
  Easy online booking, fab range of services on offer, everyone runs on time so you’re not hanging around waiting, super clean and comfortable.
  
  All the staff are delightful. So far this year (it’s mid-Feb) I’ve had a meticulous BIAB mani (gorgeous glazed long almond nails); lash lift & tint (no stinging eyes which I always get); brow shape & tint (very detailed colour consideration to get the perfect dark ashy blonde); and a lovely pedi with the scrub & hot towel treatment.
  
  Booked in next week for a brow lamination, and following up with the platinum hydro facial to get a birthday glow up next month.

  Tracey gave me a lash lift and tint, and a brow wax/tint/lamination and she did such an amazing job. She was friendly, helpful, great to chat with and left me feeling very happy. Thanks so much ❤️

  I booked here once for a friend's hens nails over the phone. While we were there, they informed us that they didn't have enough time to do extensions therefore we couldn't get them.
  
  I then booked in January for my wedding in November (11 months in advance) with my 2 bridesmaids for a "group" booking with nails and toes. I made sure to email them letting them know exactly what i was wanting and for extensions to ensure that i had booked enough time during this appointment to get them done. I just received an email that they don't have enough staff or time to do 1 person's extensions.
  
  I thought booking 11 months in advance would allow them to organize themselves to accommodate THREE people getting nail extensions on TUESDAY. I am extremely disappointed and won't be bothering to try again.

  This is my second and last time at BBB. The treatments are fine, but the service is terrible. Ladies around me were engaged in lively conversation, while I was constantly shunned and left sitting/lying in silence. Regulars were ushered straight in and offered drinks (which would be a good way of creating new regulars). I received little post-treatment follow-up care instruction for my brows, and a rushed pedicure completed by the poor receptionist (who had to keep running in and out). Certainly not the 'luxury' experience is it sold as.
