  I always love going into Pillow Talk Jindalee. Everyone who works there is lovely and happy to help. I had the very lovely Jacqui help me on my most recent visit and I couldn't be happier with my purchases. A great team which makes shopping there fun! They're also the best (most patient) for helping decide which of the gorgeous cushions to choose :)

  Have visited a few times and have always received great service from the staff. But not 5 stars due to the store due to a large section of the store now being decors and homewares, also they aren't stocking any brand name products, only their own brands.

  Today I was assisted by Hayley who through her actions and attention to detail reminded me of the excellent service we used to received in days gone by at Department Stores. Hayley went above and beyond to help me achieve exactly what I set out to purchase. Being a gentleman it is sometimes difficult to put together a stylish look for one’s bedroom and also considering that today I had forgotten to bring my glasses. Hayley’s excellent customer service skills and her amazing respectful attitude towards an older gentleman like myself made the experience for me an absolute pleasure. Pillow talk you have acquired the dream employee in Hayley and I am happy to say that I benefited today from your wise decision , thank you, I will be happy to attend your store for all my future purposes , merry Christmas

  Shar was the most helpful lady, Shar helped my daughter and I pick out her whole bed spread.10/10 customer service.Most welcoming worker will 100% be back and would recommend.

  My wife and I went to Pillow Talk Jindalee on Saturday looking for a pillow each and we were served by Kara and what an awesome experience.
  Kara was so knowledgeable and helpful in finding what would work for each of us that I was completely blown away and yes we each have a pillow that we are extremely happy with, Pillow Talk you have a brilliant staff member and thank you Kara for all your help.

  Love this newly renovated pillow talk. It's such a beautiful store to walk into. You get really good service as well and if you sign up to their mail list you get a discount.

  Love the range in this store. Shame with customer service - two staff in the pillow section carrying on about how slow it was yet not one of them had the decency to check in whilst I collected my items. Guess my purchases meant nothing to you.
  Pity I had a long list $$$ to get through today. Spotlight will thank you !

  Visited Jindalee store last week. I was served by Hope, she had such a wonderful smile and was helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Love shopping at Pillow Talk.

  Thank you guys so much, for taking good care of my mum today in your store. She had a wonderful experience today, whilst in your store from a lovely young lady called SHAY. Her customer experience was amazing and made my mums day. She was so friendly and understanding. Even helped carry her things out to the car. Just wanted to say big thanks to SHAY.

  Nice contemporary design products. They seemed to sell more cushions than pillows (yes apparantly there is a difference). Liked our purchase anyway.
