They have no people skills and are very rude and don't go out there way to try and keep their loyal customers. I have bought numerous pieces from this store over the years and this is the last time I will set foot in this store and never give them my business again. I suggest going to the Macgregor store as they are the total opposite, as that is where I'll be going from now on.
