- phil Added April 07, 2018★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆We purchased a $2240 lounge early March. Were told that the delivery was going to be mid April. When mid April didn't happen, I was then told it was end of May. Then was told it was early June.
After making a complaint through the assistant manager Jenise. Where she displayed a lack of customer skills. Defending her position, rather the position that Freedom placed us in. Not once while communicating with her a number of times, did she apologised.
After the appalling dealings with Freedom, including Jenise. We demanded a refund. There are far better places to buy a lounge from!
