I bought a bed from Snooze a couple of years ago and the professionalism, courtesy and expertise I received gave me a perfect bed, perfect mattress and perfect pillows - and the best sleep for a long time. I followed this experience up last week when I wanted another bed. Paul, the Manager of the store was excellent again in helping me with my decision making, the staff in the store were great but this morning the bed was delivered and it ramped up a whole new level. The two boys delivering and making up the bed were just fantastic and I feel they deserve a special thank you for their timing, courtesy and expertise. I would have no hesitation in recommending Paul and his team at Snooze Jindalee for someone who is wondering what customer service is about, because I found it there. Thank you all!
