  Down to earth staff you can have a laugh with.
  
  Dropped my bike off for a check, maintenance and fitting of new parts. Quality job...! Well priced too.

  I visited NRG Cycles for the first time today and was very pleasantly greeted by Nick who helped me spend my money on parts for my 2 road bicycles.
  Great shop and great friendly service.
  I will be going back again for sure.

  NRG cycle saved my day! I was about to go riding with my kids when I realise that the chain on my bike was hanging and the pedals wouldn’t move. I went into the shop (never been there before) and they took care of it straight away without charging a dollar! They were super helpful and friendly, and truly saved the day for me and my kids.

  Fantastic friendly bike shop. No ego with these guys. I have been to other local bike stores (no names but they are very… purple) where they would not even look at me or serve me when I walked in, because I’m not a MAML (middle aged man in Lycra, aka a wealthy mid-50s corporate type who takes himself way too seriously as a budding Tour de France contender. Dream on dudes). I am a mum, I just wanted a kid seat fitted to my inexpensive, unexciting bike so I can drop my daughter to daycare. They were consistently courteous, generous and helpful. They put aside their last seat for me for a week until I could bring in my bike - without requesting so much as a deposit. I waited while they fitted the bike seat and even though it was a fiddly job involving extra parts they only charged $20 for labour (the cheapest alternative quote I got for this job was 99 bikes who said $50-60). Finally, when I decided at the last minute to buy a kickstand as well they fitted that on my bike as well, free of charge. If you’re looking for knowledgeable , inclusive, welcoming service, as well as excellent value for money, this is your bike shop.
