- Franzeska Vogt Added September 09, 2020★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Would have been nice if we were given a heads up that the kitchen no longer serve food at 2:30 onwards as we made Reservation supposed to be yesterday 8 adults and 3 kids for a birthday afternoon to be shooed away as you no longer serve afternoon meals. It was exactly 2:34 in the afternoon. I was told by one of the staff that the kitchen is closed (closed at 2:30) and that you no longer serve meals. Then she asked if we made a reservation, like seriously? You think a group of 11 will rock up without reservation? Shocking.

Very happy with the meals we received. Next time we will bring the kids. Thank you to all the staff for a wonderful experience.

Don't expect daily specials of you visit regularly ...sometimes a monthly meal special in line with other hotels in the group. Bright modern decor. Younger staff are friendly and acknowledge when you return.

Has massive parking space and easily accessible and close to shopping malls. The Hotel has good security and currently adhering to QLD Covid-19 regulations and infectious disease control standard
