The advice and expert knowledge was what I needed and there was no push for the expensive items, it was a push for what suited my style and needs. The home visit from the consultant changed things up a lot and I am so grateful for all the advice along they way. The advice even extended to how to plan it into my whole renovation plan and what I could do for myself beforehand.
Best decision I made. I won't name all the names as I don't remember everyone, but I had contact with at least 6 people and they were fabulous and the product is proving to be perfectly suited to my home and a good quality product.
I can also say that i heard conversations with other customers in the store and they were being offered the same great service and quality advice.
