  booked in got 4 text messages to confirm my appointment got there waited an hour then the receptionist told me we don't know where the doctor is sorry you'll have to leave

  I don't understand why this practice doesn't have anything other than 5 stars! I have been coming to this clinic for almost a decade and no matter where I live I have always made the trip because I have been unable to find a practice that compares! Not only are the reception and admin ladies absolutely fantastic but all of the doctors are wonderful!!! I never thought I'd find a doctor I liked as much as Dr Eve Jenkins but recently I've been seeing Dr Amy Donovan and she is just fantastic both doctors show loads of compassion and true care for their patients. Whoever is in charge of hiring at this practice definitely knows how to pick them!
  I'd be lying if I didn't say there are occasional wait times but it's a very small price to pay for the quality of care at this clinic, not just from the two mentioned doctors but everyone. Bring a book, problem solved!

  Great service. I highlight Dr. Rumna’s patience to work with my unsettled child. She was very thorough and offered the right treatment. Also, the receptionists were attentive and lovely.

  I had issue with my body went to see this GP many time, blood test showed abnormal results and still not found the cause. GP suggested to undertake CT scan. I was reluctant as about the safety of it as i planned to get pregnant. Eventually took CT scan and turned up some small spot shadow in film. My GP unsure what was that then suggested me to undertake 3D CT scan (within a week time). I worried about radioactive residual in body would affect safe pregnancy. She assured me not too worry, it always safe. I worried a cancer to my body so undertook this 3D CT scan within a week and turned out result was ok. I later google to check the level of radioactive of series CT I took and found normal CT scan radioactive was nearly 2 stronger than normal chest X-ray and 3D CT scan is over 3 times stronger. I was so furious!!!! because frequent CT scan may increase the likely chance of having cancer in future. I wonder how could the GP so simply ask patient to undertake CT scan so frequently if patient symptom was not alarming to take frequent CT Scan. They don't seem overly concerns about safe option for patient then simply exposing to radio-active. I was so dissappointed with their practice and stop seeing this GP.
  
  It also happened in one occasion where i already had my blood test result but received a call from receiptionist said GP requesting me to come back to further discuss about my blood test result. I told the receptionist I already had my result and what for this appointment, she said is up to GP. I then showed out with million questions of why I was called and thought she has new information to share with me. I then waited for nearly 30 minutes and went to see her and she looked at the screen and blink the eyes and ask me what blood test results that we like to go discuss. She seemed unprepared of what to be discussed and not showing that she was planning to inform me something. I told her I already got the result and not sure why she called me back, she then looked at the screen and agreed and just bluffing some not critical medical advise. It finished within 5 or slightly over. I then ask her can I cancel this appointment because I don't need this appointment and not sure what for, and she replied this appointment already booked so can't cancel. I knew it was bulk billed means I don't have to be out of pocket but doesn't means I should waste gov benefit this way. overall, I wasn't impressed with their practice.
